Made from cast aluminum, this pan will help capture the fine details and help evenly brown and bake foods. The nonstick coating made without PFAS will help for easy release and clean up. The pan can be used with Nordic Ware Bundt mixes, pound cakes recipes, and other unique Bundt recipes like pull-a-part bread, monkey bread, gelatin and even meatloaf or spaghetti bake! Our all natural cake mix is custom formulated for us by a local small batch mixer that uses premium ingredients. Just add water, butter and eggs to bake a 10 cup cake. Pan
- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
- Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
- Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
- Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
