Costco Next Shipping Policy
Nordic Ware is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders of $50 or more, within the lower 48 states.
Shipping Exclusions
- We do not ship to APO addresses
- Complimentary shipping does not apply to orders in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Island.
Shipping Timelines
Orders placed through Nordic Ware’s Costco Next storefront (or site) are typically shipped within 1 business day. If an order is received before 2 p.m. CT, it will typically ship on the same day. Shipping included orders are sent via ground, which is typically 5-7 business days to delivery. Orders ship from our Minneapolis, Minnesota fulfillment center and delivery times will vary depending on shipping location.
Order Cancellations
We are able to modify or cancel an order for 30 minutes after the order is placed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT. If a change or cancellation is needed in that 30 minute timeframe, you will need to contact our Customer Experience team for assistance at 1-877-466-7342 or by email at info@nordicware.com. Please have your order number available and note that your order was through Costco Next.
Returns
Nordic Ware will accept returns for 90 days after the delivery date. If a return becomes necessary, Nordic Ware will provide a prepaid ground shipping label for your convenience.
